Delicate set of 12 solid silver snail forks, ideal for both land and sea products.

In the Louis XV style, the sleeves are decorated with foliate scrolls, interlacing patterns and small shells.

The two tines of the fork are slightly curved to facilitate shelling.

Délicat service de 12 fourchettes à escargots en argent massif, idéal tant pour les produits issus de la Terre que de la Mer.

De style Louis XV, les manches sont à décor de rinceaux feuillagés, d'entrelacs et de petites coquilles.

Réalisé entre 1895 et 1923.

Les deux dents du fourchons sont légèrement incurvés pour faciliter la coquille.

Maître-orfèvre : Henri Lapeyre, au poinçon insculpé le 19 novembre 1895 et biffé le 30 mars 1923 (HL, une cuillère et deux croissants)
